من تازه به جمع شما و سایت مهاجر سرا پیوستم
من هم امسال در لاتاری 2013 قبول شدم
روز شنبه 23 اردیبهشت یعنی 12 می فرم ها و عکسهام رو با پست دی اچ ال فرستادم برای KCC
می خواستم ببینم الان لازمه برای پیگیری به KCC ایمیل بفرستم یا خودشون خبر می کنن؟

هفته دیگه ایمیل پی گیری بزن . متنش رو هم دوستان چند تا پست بالاتر گذاشتن.

سلام من ایمیل زدم به کنتاکی برای اینکه اطلاع بدم فامیلیم رو در ثبت نام اولیه به طور اشتباه جدا جدا تایپ کردم در صورتی که در پاسپورتم پشت سر هم هست متنش رو گذاشتم و جهت اطلاع دوستان اینکه بعد یک هفته جواب من رو دادند

حالا من فرمهای جدید رو با اسپل صحیح پر میکنم ولی نمیدونم که مشکل به طور کامل حل شده یا نه باز تو آنکارا سوژه دارم؟؟؟؟؟

I am writing this letter in order to inquiry about some issues that i recently faced regrading the instruction of DV DIVERSITY Program for 2013
i have been selected for further processing based on the abovementioned information
I attentively read the entire instruction steps , but i could not find my answers .

The main problem is that , lately i am admitted for master education abroad . precisely, it is Aalto university in Helsinki - Finland .
Now , i should apply for student residence permit and travel there in following Aguste Or the offer would be forfeited
But simultaneously i should fill out the mentioned forms for DV Diversity Visa . May it be possible to arrange these two steps in Parallel Process?
Such as Studying in Finland for 2 years and following next steps about DV Diversity Visa including Interviews , Medical test and etc.
Could i choose US Embassy in Helsinki for perusing my application and name it in assigned part in Supplement Registration form and thus interview there .
How Long does it take that i would be called for future steps providing that i send the application Package in June .

Please note that unless you are informed otherwise, you generally must apply for your Diversity Visa at the U.S. consular office having jurisdiction over your place of residence. However, you may also apply for your visa at the U.S. consular office having jurisdiction over the place where you are physically present but not a resident, if you can establish to the consular officer satisfaction that you are able to remain in the area for the period required to process the application.

(Applicants are reminded that DV applicants must complete processing of the cases by no later than September 30 of the DV program year.)

If living in the U.S., a principal applicant may request an interview in the U.S. Consular Office at their last foreign residence.


Interviews for the DV 2013 program will begin October 1, 2012, and process through September 30, 2013.

All DV 2013 cases must be completely processed by September 30, 2013.

Prompt response in returning the required forms to KCC will allow ample time for necessary processing.


KCC cannot provide information as to when an interview date may become available for your case. Appointments are scheduled numerically according to assigned case numbers. The Department of State designates how many interviews will be scheduled each month according to visa availability. After August 15, 2012, you may refer to the visa bulletin at www.travel.state.gov for the list of current numbers being processed. This information is updated on the 15th day of each month thereafter.


نكته اي كه متوجه نمي شوم اينكه نوشته چطوري بايد رضايت كنسولگري از اينكه در محل ديگري ساكن هستم را بفرستم . چون من تو اون فرم هاي مرحله اول محل اقامت را ايران زده بوم اما الان تا ماه آينده محلم از ايران خارج ميشه . اما توي فرم ها نمي تونم مشخص كنم چون محل دقيق اش معلوم نيست و تو حدود سپتامبر مشخص ميشه . الان من فقط توي فرم DS-122 ‌ميتونم اشاره كنم . دوستان نظري ديگه دارند به نظرتون با تلفن مي شه بيشتر توضيح گرفت .

من یه نامه نوشتم برای سفارت تو ابوظبی، اونها جواب دادن که با این فرمت ایمیل نزنید و یه لینک داده و گفته غیر از طریق این لینک نامه بیاد ترتیب اثر داده نمی شه، می ری تو اون لینک همون اول چند تا گزینه هست که می خواد بدونه کارت چیه وقتی گزینه لاتاری رو انتخاب می کنم یه فرمی ظاهر می شه که ازم می خواد مشخصاتم رو از قبیل کیس نامبر پر کنم ولی مشکلی که هست اینه که تعداد ارقام قابل پدیرش برای کیس نامبر یه رقم کمتر از تعداد ارقام کیس نامبر من هست مثلا کیس نامبر من هست 2013AS00006XXX
در صورتی که در اون فرم 13 رقم بیشتر قبول نمی کنه، حالا اگه من از تعداد صفر های کیس نامبرم یکی کم کنم مشکلی پیش نمی آد، اصلا تا اینجا کسی ایمیل زده به سفارت ابوظبی؟
