آقا حمید شما چند روز بعد از ایمیل مصاحبه تونستین ptt رو انتخاب کنید؟

من تو cscاکانت رو درست کردم ولی نمیشد ptt انتخاب کنم، اون صفحه ای که اخطار میداد که نمیشه وارد شید یک ایمیل توش گذاشته، به اون آدرس ایمیل زدم، بعد از ۳ روز جواب دادن که میتونی بری

Dear Sir/Madam

I received the email from NVC that provides the time and date of interview in foreign US Consultant Embassy in Ankara. But unfortunately I am not able to reserve a PTT in usvisa-info.com website, and it includes a message “the immigrant visa case number provided is not ready to schedule an appointment”.

According to the information provided in the website I supposed to send an email and inform the CSC support about the issue that keeps occurring.
