Please find below the list of documents that all diversity visa applicants are required to send to our office approximately 2 weeks prior to their interviews:
• Full copy of passport
• Copy and translation of birth certificate
• Marriage certificate, divorce decree or spouses death certificate (for each marriage)
• Court and prison records, if applicable.
• Police certificates from countries the applicant lived for more than six months.
• For applicants with a high school or higher degree, the copy of latest diploma. For applicants who do not posses a high school or higher education diploma, documents regarding their employment history, training certificates, references, etc., letter from current employer giving the applicantʼs job description, responsibilities, length of employment (social security payments, etc.)
• Evidence of financial support: Proof of personal assets, i.e. bank statements, title deeds (an expertise report showing the values of real estates from a real estate agent must accompany the title deeds), or Notarized Form I-134, Affidavit of Support from a sponsor, with original form and supplementaries: W-2 and 1040 tax forms (for last year) of the sponsor, bank statements. A notarized offer of employment from U.S. is also acceptable.
At the time of their interviews, applicants are required to bring the following:

• Two front view photos
• Original birth certificate
• Original marriage certificate
• Original high school graduation document
• $819 visa fee per person
