Thanks for your email.I mentioned before it would be wise if you show up 2 days prior your appointment. The cost of the examination including the Blood test ans XR would be Dhs 950 for adults and Dhs 400 for children and in UAE Dirham only. Please note that this is not including the cost of vaccination you may need them.

دوستان عزیز
هزینه مدیکال برای افراد با توجه به وضعیت تزریق واکسنها و سن بچه ها و واکسن اونها متفاوته.
در مورد ما نفری 550 درهم از خودمون گرفتند با توجه به تزریق کلیه واکسنها در ایران و از اونجایی که تحقیق کرده بودم و چون بچه من شامل هیچگونه تزریق واکسن نمیشد چون در ایران پروسه واکسنش ادامه داره اما با تمام این تحقیقات 2 واکسن یک تزریقی و کی خوراکی به بچه من تحمیل شد که برای اون 450 درهم هم از من گرفتند.
بنظر من دنبال یه عدد ثابت نباشید حدودی درنظر بگیرید و برای مدیکال کمی بیشتر هم همراه داشته باشید.

متن ايميلي كه كلينيك به من داد:

Thanks for your E-Mail making inquiry regarding medical examinations for Green Card.Mideast Polyclinic is located centrally in Deira Dubai on the Al Rigga Rd and is within a short distance from most of the city hotels.The clinic is open from 8:30AM to 1:00PM,and 4:30to 8:30 PM, and is closed on Fridays and UAE public holidays and Thursday afternoon.

If you arrive at the clinic by 9 AM, we will make sure to have all the forms and results ready within the same day if there wouldn't be any special problem which might require further investigations . Normally you do not need to make an appointment but we suggest you to arrive atleast two days prior your appointment at the American Embassy in Abu Dhabi

You need to bring with you all the forms which you have received from the American Embassy, together with three recent photographs and the original passport, also if you have had vaccinations in Iran ,please do bring with you all the official records in order for us not to repeat them. In case of having major medical condition or taking any medication(s) routinely please provide us a record regarding your medical condition or bring along with you the medications.

The cost of medical Examination including blood tests and XR will be DHS 950 ( Nine Hundred& Fifty UAE Dirhams ) per person plus the cost of Vaccinations should you may need them. The cost is DHS 400 (Four hundred UAE Dirhams) for children under 15 and they do not need to have XR and the blood tests.

There are some Iranian staff and physicians at the Mideast Polyclinic and naturally speak Farsi which will make you more comfortable.Should you need transportation to Abu Dhabi,it also can be arranged for you at the reception.
About the cost of HPV vaccine which is applied for women between 11-26 of age it is DHS 750 and if you has had the history of Varicella it is not necessary to have the vaccination.

The appointments in the web page are scheduled in every 5 minutes. But
the medical examination is more complicated than to finish in 5
minutes. This appointment you choose is only for making you enter to
the formal medical examination process in our centre. You will start
from one of the 4 pre-designed and mandatory parts of the process
which are Medical Examination and Vaccination, Chest X-ray (CXR),
Blood Test, TST (Tuberculosis Skin Test) and drug test. Our system
will decide the part you will start from when you are here. Please try
to be in time, in ordernot to cause an accumulation of the applicants
which have appointments after you.

You need to bring us a valid passport, two photos
(http://turkey.usembassy.gov/photo_requirements.html), your case
number and, if any, vaccination documents (in English), and if you
have a disease in your history if you have a chronic disease or if you
ever had any important operation, translation of your medical
documents and treatment plan, or if you have a psychiatric disease, if
you use any medicine for psychologicsl treatment, if you use sedatives
or relaxants your physicians treatment plan. We do not accept the test
results done in an other unauthorized medical centers (other than the
list in the embassy). We may accept some of the vaccination records if
they are in English and if they are reliable for us (we reserve the
right of accepting or not).

The medical examination must be completed before the interview date
and the result, together with the other required documents, must be
taken to the interview. You do not need to take the chest x-ray itself
to the embassy, a summary report of it will be in your sealed final
medical report file.

When you arrive at Ankara Airport you have mainly two options to go to
the city center, either by Airport bus "HAVAS" or by taxi. Ankara
Esenboga airport is a small airport and it is 33 km (21 miles, about
50 minutes in normal traffic) northeast of the city center, reached by
inexpensive Havas airport bus to the HAVAS Main terminal/Ankara Gar
train station/ ASTI bus terminal (approximately 10 USD), or you may
choose to use a bit more expensive taxi (around 50-55 USD). When you
are in the city center if you ask for DUZEN Laboratory Kavaklidere
next to Kugulu Park, which is the only lab registered by US Embassy
Ankara for the tests and which is sharing the same building with our
practice. Our practice is 700 meters away from the American Embassy on
the main boulevard on the opposite side of the street.

The doctor can speak in Persian enough for the medical examination, so
there is no need for a translator in the room. If you are making this
appointment for your parents (or relatives) please be sure that they

نه علي جان گرون تر نمي گيره 950 درهم با همه واكسنهايي است كه ما در ايران زده ايم كه اگر آنها را اينجا بزنيم و بريم 550 درهم مي گيره ولي اگر همه واكسنها را در دبي بزنيم 950 درهم مي گيره و منظور از واكسنهاي ديگر همون 2 تا يعني دهانه رحم و آبله مرغان هستش كه هر كدام جدا 750 درهم هستش.
اميدوارم تونسته باشم منظورم رو بگم. به هر حال من 3 هفته ديگه مصاحبه دارم و خبر موثق را به اطلاع دوستان مي رسونم.

چرا آبله گرفتم ولی تو کارت پاستور چیزی در این مورد نزده.
من شنیده بودم اونجا دکتر می پرسه اگه نگرفته باشی بهت می زنه.
آیا پاستور گواهی میده برای آبله؟

من فکر می کنم برای اینکه از شر این 200 دلار آبله مرغون راحت بشین، بهترین کار اینه که آزمایش آنتی ژن و نمیدونم جینگولک بدیم که نشون میده خون ما در مقابل این بیماری مقاوم شده. بعد میریم پاستور عزیز میگیم یالا مهر کن. البته من هنوز هم عقیده دارم بزاریم دکترای اون ور هم یه نونی بخورن راه دوری نمیره به خدا.

آبله 750 درهم هست و اگر به دكتر بگوييد كه گرفته ايد ديگر برايتان نمي زند ولي اگر احساس كند كه دروغ مي گويي دوباره تزريق ميكند. ولي خودشان مي دانند كه واكسنش در ايران نيست و اگر نمي خواهيد بزنيد حتما بگوييد كه آبله مرغان گرفته ايد چون من تقريبا تهران را زير ور رو كردم و فهميدم كه واكسن آبله مرغان در ايران نيست چون پزشكان ايراني تاييدش نكردند و همچنين واكسن جلوگيري از سرطان رحم را فقط در يك بيمارستان تزريق مي كنند كه مبلغ 000/500/1 تومان مي گيرند كه همين واكسن در دبي به پول ما حدود 000/200 تومان مي شود پس به صرفه است كه اونجا تزريق كنيم البته براي خانمهاي 11 تا 27 سال تزريق مي شود.
