اگر تو این نامه تاریخ اصلی مصاحبت تغییر نکرده باشه، این ایمیل به معنی confirm شدن رسیدن بسته مدرک شماست. چون در پیغام گفته که کارا تون داره در کنسولگری پیشرفت میکنه، و برای تایید نهایی این مدارک رو بیارین( که ۱۰۰ البته مدرک ما با شما متفاوته ). پس خیالتون راحت . فقط اون مدارک و میبری و ایشاللا ویزا یک ضرب تحویل میگیری و شیرینیشو تحویل میدی !!!!

دوست عزیز اگر عنوان تاپیک رو نگاه کنید، این موضوع دقیقا به همینجا مربوط میشه، چون سیر مکاتبات با سفارته. در ضمن مساله تغییر ناگهانی تاریخه مصاحبه که برای من و چند تا از دوستا رخ داده، فکر کنم جزو" BREAKING NEWS "
محسوب بشه،تا دوستا آمادگی داشته باشن. هدف از این همفکری هم همینه، اگر موافق باشید.

سلام دوستان عزيز. من محل تولد خانومم که گنبد کاووس هست رو اشتباهی گنبد نوشتم. به KCC هم ايميل زدم که اصلاحش کنن ولی در جوااب بهم گفتن :

دوستان عزیز من مالزی زندگی می کنم و مصاحبه هم همین جاست البته هنوز کارنت نشدم و نمی دونم تاریخش کی هست. سوالی که داشتم اینه که مدارک باید حتما پست بشه؟ یا من خودم شخصا می تونم ببرم به سفارت تحویل بدم؟؟ و دیگه اینکه آیا غیر از دو فرم اولیه که قبلا فرستادم به کی سی سی، فرم دیگه ای هست که باید پر کنم برای سفارت؟ روی پاکت مدارک چیزی باید بنویسم؟
اگه می شه یکی به من کمک کنه لطفا، هیچ موردی مشابه خودم پیدا نکردم :( ممنون می شم.

سلام دوستان کیس من نمیدونم چرا oc خورده و با قاره اقیانوسه کارنت شدم،شارژیبیلیتیم استرالیا خورده ولی نه من و نه خانوادم درهیچ کشور خارجی زندگی نکردیم،چون شوهرم ثبت نام کرده بود و اولین بارش بوده میگه اصلا یادم نمیاد که چجوری اسم نوشته میگه ممکنه وقتی من شارژی..ایران زدم نوار ابزار روش فعال بوده زدم بیام پایین صفحه شارژی.. عوض شده
و طی ایمیل هایی که زدم دیگه ناامید شدم وتصمیم گرفتم نرم چون بعد از بررسی هاشون فکر میکنن که من خواستم از سهمیه کشور دیگه استفاده کنم و تا پای مصاحبه( 12 آپریل )الکی میکشونن پول بگیرن بگن کیسم باطل!!!!

Thank you for your inquiry.

Your forms have been received and are acceptable for the continuation of your visa processing. KCC is currently scheduling visa numbers below 300 for OCEANIA for the month of October. Please refer to the visa bulletin at www.travel.state.gov to locate the current numbers being processed. This bulletin is updated after the 15th day of each month.

A "Native" is someone born in a particular country, regardless of the individual’s current country or residence or nationality. But for immigration purposes "native" means someone who is entitled to be "charged" to a country other than the one in which he/she was born under the provisions of Section 202 (b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act.

For example, if a principal applicant was born in a country that is not eligible for this year’s DV program, he/she may claim "chargeability" to the country where his/her derivative spouse was born, but he/she will not be issued a DV-1 unless the spouse is also eligible for and is issued a DV-2, and both must either enter the U.S. together on the DVs. In a similar manner, a minor dependent child can be "charged" to a parent’s country of birth.

Finally, any applicant born in a country ineligible for this year’s DV program can be "charged" to the country of birth of either parent as long as neither parent was a resident of the ineligible country at the time of the applicant’s birth. In general, people are not considered residents of a country in which they were not born or legally naturalized if they are only visiting the country temporarily or stationed in the country for business or professional reasons on behalf of a company or government.

An applicant who claims alternative chargeability must include information to that effect on the application for registration. Please contact us again if you need further assistance.

In your answer explain the meaning of nationality and the Law 202, I am the law and the meaning.
